Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz tomato and basil-flavored feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives finely chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas spinach tortillas can be used for color variation

Instructions
 

Prepare the Creamy Filling

  • Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften.
  • Use a hand mixer to whip the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in the crumbled feta cheese, chopped cranberries, and finely chopped chives until well combined.

Assemble Your Pinwheels

  • Lay out the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Evenly spread the cranberry feta mixture over each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space at the edges.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla tightly and wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap for easier handling.

Chill and Slice

  • Refrigerate the wrapped pinwheels for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and to make slicing easier.
  • After chilling, unwrap the tortillas and slice them into half-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
