Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Spatula or Wooden Spoon
  • Measuring spoons
  • Measuring Cup
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Serving Dish
  • Ladle or Scoop (optional)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Melt the Butter

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter and let it melt until it becomes slightly frothy.

Cook the Corn

  • Once the butter is melted, add 4 cups of corn kernels to the skillet. Stir to coat the corn in the butter and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes. If you're using frozen corn, you can add it directly without thawing.

Add Honey and Cream Cheese

  • Drizzle 3 tablespoons of honey over the corn. Then, add in 2 ounces of cream cheese, breaking it into small pieces to help it melt faster. Stir everything together for a creamy blend.

Finish with Heavy Cream

  • Pour in ½ cup of heavy cream and continue stirring until the corn is evenly coated and the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.

Serve and Enjoy!

  • Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the corn to a beautiful serving dish. Garnish with fresh parsley for an extra touch.
