  • Large Mixing Bowl: To combine all ingredients.
  • Cheese Grater: For freshly grated cheese, providing optimal melting.
  • Bread Bowl (Optional): For serving with a rustic touch.
  • Sharp Knife: For chopping the artichokes or slicing bread.

Ingredients

Dip Ingredients:

  • 1 package 10 oz Frozen Spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 can 14 oz Artichoke Hearts (rinsed, drained, and chopped)
  • 1 block 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Optional Toppings:

  • ¼ cup extra shredded cheese for broiling
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  • Thaw and drain the frozen spinach thoroughly to prevent a watery dip. Use paper towels to squeeze out excess water.
  • Drain and chop the artichoke hearts into smaller pieces.

Step 2: Combine the Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichokes.
  • Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Step 3: Cook the Dip

  • Transfer the mixture to your crockpot (slow cooker).
  • Cook on LOW setting for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating.
  • Optional: For a golden and bubbly cheese top, transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish after cooking. Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese and broil in the oven for 2-4 minutes.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy

  • Spoon the dip into a bread bowl or serve directly from the crockpot.
  • Pair with tortilla chips, veggie sticks, crackers, or bread pieces.
  • Optionally garnish with parsley for a fresh touch.

Pro Tips for the Perfect Dip
Ensure spinach and artichokes are well-drained to maintain the dip's creamy texture.
Always grate your cheese fresh—it melts smoother and tastes better.
Keep the dip warm during gatherings using the crockpot’s “WARM” setting.
Try adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a subtle kick.
