Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken use canned chicken or shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to your spice preference
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
  • Tortilla chips celery sticks, or crackers for serving

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep the Ingredients

  • Shred your cooked chicken if not already pre-processed (canned chicken can also work).
  • Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature or microwaving it for a few seconds.

Step 2: Combine Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3: Transfer to the Slow Cooker

  • Pour the mixture into a slow cooker. Spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle the other 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top for a gooey, melted topping.

Step 4: Cook and Serve

  • Set the slow cooker to low heat and cook the mixture for 2 hours until bubbly and hot.
  • Once done, stir briefly and top with chopped green onions for added freshness.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

  • Serve the warm Buffalo Chicken Dip with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
  • Enjoy this creamy, cheesy, and spicy dish with friends or family!

Notes

You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch dressing if preferred.
Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce based on your desired spice level.
